Weddings come in all shapes and sizes. By the time you have looked at all the pages and options available here, your head will be spinning. Take a deep breath. We specialize in custom weddings designed and fine tuned to meet your needs.  No wedding at Romantic River Gardens is too small.  When you look back, regardless of how many attended or the special things that went on, you will remember it as  "the", or certainly one of the most, significant turning points in your life;

By its very nature, a wedding is a personal crossroad for the bride, groom, family and friends. We take organizing weddings very, very seriously, even if we enjoy it. And our approach is based on listening rather than selling, understanding rather than pushing. So we help you figure out what you would like, can afford, and get it organized. If you have a wedding planner, we will work with him or her.
 
 
Getting Organized

Getting Organized means reviewing what is required for you and us to plan and get ready.  As in most things, nothing beats meticulous planning followed by flawless execution, often that is what permits having fun. We will explain here how.
   
We can recommend caters, photographers, music, etc. We will help you review the garden set-up best suited to your event.

Many times there is a Bridal Luncheon, and usually a Rehearsal Dinner, there again these can be quite simple or very big deals, it depends on you.

You will need an Officiant, a  person to perform the wedding.

You probably will want Flowers; a bridal bouquet, for the ceremony, bridal luncheon or rehearsal dinner.

You may or may not want a Wedding Cake.

Deciding how important each thing is versus another. You may take your own photos or require the services of a Photographer or Videographer. In our experience even for very modest weddings it is best to use the services of a professional. It's a big day, you need to enjoy it rather than focused on capturing the moments in photos or film. Our photographers are very good and very reasonable.

The Ceremony is in fact very important, and it is surrounded by a lot of other events. Everything leads to the Ceremony and The Reception afterwards. These can be very simple or highly orchestrated. Often Music really adds a lot. There are musicians  of all types in our area, and compared to other areas are extremely reasonably priced or you may want to have a DJ to play music.

Now we come to the most fun part of the whole deal; The Honeymoon. Many people in their haste forget to organize the Honeymoon. If you are looking to spend your honeymoon in the area we can recommend places to stay and things to do.

One thing people often forget is the Memorabilia. A wedding is always a momentous event. A skilled Photographer will capture the moments of your event. This is one part of your wedding where we recommend the very best at all times. Some of life's most precious moments are fleeting, and you should never lose this particular moment.

A wedding is often a tribal gathering of the clan as well, in itself a rare occasion worthy of being documented. Never ever scrimp and save on photography. What will remain when all is said and done are the commitment you have made to each other, and the memories transported for years and years by the photos; their style, tone and character, which should reflect in every way the atmosphere of the day. This requires great talent and experience. The good news is that our area has a great number of outstanding wedding photographers. Each has their style and costs and we can help you determine your best choice.
